Intermediate Group
Intermediate session
This follows on from the beginners group. It offers and includes more advanced training, longer training runs with the aim to participate in longer events such as 10k to ½ marathons. To assist with these aims, personal training programs are customized to each individuals needs.

This session is inconjunction with the Townsville Road Runners. This session is aimed at the seasoned runner, which is held on a running track. Sessions are anaerobic threshold or lactate threshold.

Beginners 5k Challenge
Beginners 5k Challenge
Aims to provide a introduction to running to those who have an interest in running but no background. Beginners with low levels of fitness will be slowly progressed to a level that will build their endurance and allow them to take part in a 5k event and then move on to more advanced training.
A level of fitness is required.
