Will be on Wednesday afternoons starting at 5-30pm
It's an eight week introduction course to running for basic beginners. it gives a good insight into health and fitness through running. It also helps with goal setting and achieving, with the 5klm challenge at the end.
A fitness level is required, must be able to complete a 40-50 minute walk.
Each week there will be an activity of jog walking around 30-40 minutes, followed by some stretching, general discussions and tips about diet hydration, running apparel and good running habits.
All participants will receive an 8 week training program
What to bring along
Water bottle and towel
